Paganism Question

Help with a spell if possible please?

My family (more particularly my sister) is going through a very hard time at the moment. I've looked through my books and the internet but haven't found anything suitable, so i was wondering does anyone know a spell that can make complicated problems easier to understand, or a spell that can help my sister understand what is going on in her mind?
I know it's difficult, i've tried various spells so far and none have had an effect to what i could see.

I think writing a spell would be easier for you, because then you'll be able to add whatever you think you need :)

I've never had much confidence with my own spells, but i shall certainly give it a try. Thank you for your help :)
