II guess. What if the pokemon company looks on fanpop and sees the fan made pokemon, and thinks they r cool and puts them on the show!

Sorry, it's just a false drawing of what it really looks like. I cant give it a nickname cause its notevolved form is called pulsey and I'm sure you'll like it.
