I like either Kanto or Johto the most because of their design and pokemon. Hoenn is good as well

Hmm,well I really like all the regions a lot,and I've said this time and time again,it's so hard to choose,but my favorite is the Isshu...Unova in the english version..anyway because I really like the characters Iris,Dento-kun,Makomo,Bel,Dr.Araragi etc. and I love many of the Pokemon especially Mijumaru,Kibago and Chillarmy ,it may not give me the same feel and the Kanto or Johto,but it's still my favorite region!..if that made sense!:p

I like all the regions but I like Hoenn the most, I'm a trainer native to Hoenn, my first ever region.
