Yeah, the episode with the psychic puppy - there's, like, three hints in that episode; one in the beginning, one in the mid, and one at the very end, right before the credits.
Oh, and there's "Rebel Without a Collar", Lucky has a little slip of the tongue :"Doesn't she realize how much I--/we/ need her?!"
Plus, you've got the fact that in almost every episode, Lucky and Cookie seem to be *always* sitting outside, right next to each other.
