If you report a club or a user.... Do he/she know that?

I mean if I report club do creator of that club know that I reported club?

Example:
Dear whoever you are someone reported your club etc.

or

Dear Whoever you are HannahStickles8 reported your club etc.

I need this because of one troll who made club about something you no need to know, but I don't want to he know that.... You don't need care about that just answer....
