What’s something you actually admire/like about yourself?

It’s easy to think about just negative things.
Think about something you really truly like about yourself or something you are proud of.

Mine would be that despite other issues I have- (lol I hate saying things in that way) I have a pretty good self awareness. I’m proud of myself at least for that because in situations, I’m able to work out what I know will work for me. Ect

I like that I can see positivity through my bad days.
I like that if I fail at something I never stop trying to seek another opportunity.
I like how I easily forget about bad things and move on quickly and never give a shit.
I like how I can control my mental health even though it's a very struggling path.

- Creativity (more than all else)
- Writing ability
- Singing ability
- Open mindedness
- Determination
- I'm rather decent at working myself out of negative moods
- I'm satisfied with my physical appearance too (going goth really helped with that)
- Despite no longer being able to afford a gym, my friend and I have started at home workouts so I'm finally able to pick up where I left off a while back

All in all I feel as though I have a decently high self-opinion on most days.

Theres a lot I like / admire about myself. Not just out of ego or anything, but its the smaller things you have to learn to love about yourself

I admire that I was able to work through a lot and get where I am with mental health and relationships

I like that I am able to help people without tearing my limbs off now

I like that I am a strong learner

I like that I have a good understanding of myself and have been great at fostering a good, understanding, and positive relationship with myself. In the end, the only person you can 100% control and rely on to be there 100% of the time is yourself so its best to get along with yourself

I like how goal orientated I can be and how I can get most of what I want done

I like that I know and care a lot about birds

I like that I can help bring people together

I like that Im a pretty good learner and I give my all at the thigns that matter

I like that even though I am imperfect I still keep trying to get better and get to my best potential

There a lot of things I could compliment myself on and say "good job" towards cause honestly, theres so much anyone can say about themselves that is good when you take some time to really get to know yourself, your priorities, and just try to be your own friend.

Treat yourself as you would your best friend, it makes your life much easier

Its a lot easier said than done, but really, just taking the time to be "... you know we are trying our hardest and we did a good job. Not a perfect job, maybe fucked a lot of things up, but we are working towards it" or just coming to terms that some things are harder for you than youd like or that you have issues that you recognize and are working on just slowly builds a bit of a good relationship with yourself

- I'm a pretty decent singer, and I can play bass pretty well given that I never have time to practice :(
- I like to think I'm open to hearing new opinions, even if it doesn't change mine
- I'm pretty good at taking notes
- I like that I don't give too many fucks about what people think. I'm still working on it but it's a lot fewer fucks than when I was younger.
- I'm really good with young kids. A lot of my friends don't like kids and I'm over here considering being a preschool teacher because I love children that much

Woo! Positivity! Self love!

I am capable of giving any living being some extra motivation. Whenever someone is feeling down about themselves, they simply glance over at me which reminds them about my existence. That is more than enough of what it takes to get anyone out of the dumps as it reminds them of what they could've been. It gives me a sense of pride knowing that I can make even the slightest difference.
