Scorpions Question

I have been looking all over for a DVD of a Scorpions Live concert that I used to have on VHS. I cant remember the concert name, but it featured "Winds of Change" and the lead guitarist was wearing red and white vertical striped pants.

I believe the concert was in Berlin, and that it was a "Best Of" Concert

It might have been yellow and black verticale striped pants now that I think about it.
