penn and blake haven't been spotted together since october 2009. in feb she was spotted with chace in miami and penn wasn't there-most people confused him for chace's manager eric. They have been spotted out a lot aswell. so it could be a possibility she's ditched penn for chace....so i would say chace and blake are dating woo hoo!!

Whoever said that Chace and Blake have been hanging out a lot these days.... is wrong! lol as much as i wish that they culd be hanging out a lot these days.... he was in europe like last week and the week b4 and he walked out of a club with 4 girls.... lol And when Chace and Blake were in Miami... it was for the direct tv superbowl... where Penn was... But i still have hope! lol sorry for being negative! Also... he sayd this british brunette Cheryl Cole is hot and he would love to date her... he even asked if she was single!
