Well putting pictures from your computer to fanpop is very easy. (click 'Add an image' then lookfor/choose the image you want to upload)

Putting pics from your phone on ur comp...well I dunno, I think it's different from phone to phone.

I just have to put the right cable in my laptop and insert the other end in mine..
