yes, but just because he was good looking does not mean he was a player. I've been thinking about this a lot, and in Snapes memory I don't believe Sirius was paying the girls any attention, it was James that was. You can correct me if I am wrong.

Frankly I don't think he dated much. He didn't even give a side glance to the girl staring at him during his O.W.L, all he looked for were his friends. James was the one showing off for the girls... and that was just for one girl, Lily.

I think Sirius was more focused on friends then girls. Such as in the flashbacks. If he did have a girlfriend, I think that he would be kind and love her very much. Just because he is good looking (and knows he is) doesn't mean he's a player. J.K. Rowling never said he was and didn't describe him as one.

A little bit. He was really good looking, and I'm certain he'd have enjoyed the attention, but I'm not sure if he'd intentionally use girls or lead someone on into thinking he was more invested in a relationship than he actually was. We don't actually know what his attitude to relationships was. Just because he wasn't single doesn't mean that he was a player, maybe he didn't meet the right woman or just didn't get round to settling down.
