No official cast desisions have been made yet. The only things DL has said is that it is likely there will be open auditions for Valkyrie. He has also said he would like Johnny Depp for Skulduggery's voice although a more realistic choice would be someone like James Nesbitt.

I think Johnny Depp would be great for Skulduggery, after seeing his performance as the Mad Hatter in Alice In Wonderland. Also, i know that fans can audition for Valkyrie, but no date has been set for auditions as of yet

If I were to vote on someone to be Stephanie Edgley, I would vote for Dakota Blue Richards! She is a great actress and she fits the part well! I think that they really should choose Johnny Depp to play Skullduggery, and for Tanith they should choose Amy Adams!!

There's no cast yet, but I hear they're doing open auditions for Stephanie/Valkyrie... I don't agree with Dakota Blue Richards for Valkyrie/Stephanie seeing as she's 16 and she'd need to play a 12 year old... she's too old now, otherwise she'd be perfect! Johnny Depp would be a good Skulduggery voice though.
