Doesn’t mean it’s never been this way before
All you can do is try to know who your friends are
As you head off to the war
There are so many lyrics and songs that have a special meaning for me. And so many songs can make me cry. But one of the songs is "love the way you lie" from rihanna and eminem, i don't know really why, but as i heard it the first time i started to cry. Probably because of the lyrics. They are really great.
Even if I say
It'll be alright
Still I hear you say
You want to end your life
Now and again we try
To just stay alive
Maybe we'll turn it all around
'Cause it's not too late
It's never too late
(Never too late- Three days grace)
You won't cry for my absence, I know -
You forgot me long ago.
Am I that unimportant...?
Am I so insignificant...?
Isn't something missing?
Isn't someone missing me?
(Missing- Evanescence)
"Remember the time we jumped the fence when
the Stones were playing and we were too broke to get in.
You held my hand then, they made me crawl,
I swore to God it was the best night of my life.
Or when you took me across the world, we
promised that this will last forever but now I see.
It was my past life, a beautiful time
Drunk off of nothing but each other till the sun rise."
There are many meaningful songs that I've heard and one of them is Concrete Angel by Martina Mcbride, Temporary Home by Carrie Underwood is also nice...
Lets Dance by Hawk Nelson or Zero by Hawk Nelson.
Zero:
And we started zero, and went different ways. Now we're all out here wasting away.
And if we started at zero, then how did things change? It seems like just yesterday we were the same.
Let's Dance:
I don't want to look inside myself, 'cause then I'll have to change something else, and Idon't want to live like someone else, I'm happy in my skin, being myself, Let's Dance.
Last train home by lostprophets, and if you want to seriously want a meaningful song listen to the acoustic of last train home, that gives me goose bumps it's amazing..truley <3
JAR by green day bcuz it's about their friend Jason Andrew relva who died in a car crash when he was only 19
Wake Me Up When September Ends by Green Day bcuz it's about Billie Joe armstongs dad who died of esophageal cancer when Billie Joe was only 10
Why does every 'meaningful song' on here have to have such a blatantly obvious message to it? "you're all beautiful, you're all perfect love yourself!" Seriously, that's not the least bit inspirational. That's somebody trying to better their reputation. It's so amazing watching somebody brag about how their life was saved by some lyrics by Pink. A meaningful song shouldn't have to have the message written in black and white for somebody to understand.
Rosemary's Granddaughter by Jessica Andrews. When I had first heard this song, my grandmother had just passed away. I really love it because it reassured me about myself.
the most meaningful song or music that ive heared is "goodbye" by celine dion, especially when she sing this part"goodbye is the saddest ive ever hear"i feel like i miss everyone just bye listening to thi music/.

t's your time
It's your day
It's never too late
To change lanes
How's your life?
How's your place?
Was it where you wanted
Your head to lay?
But wait, you can breathe
You can see what I can see
Don't waste your time
You can't make back
If you could rewind your time
Would you change your life?
Do you like you?
Do you love your wife?
Or did you pick what
You're told was right?
Dream and be
What you feel
Don't you compromise
What you wanna be
'Cause change is okay
What's the point in staying the same
Regrets, forget what's dead and gone
If you could rewind your time
Would you change your life?
If Jesus rode in on a camel today
With your cross on his shoulder
Time to take you away
Have you done all you wanted?
Are you happy and warm?
Do you miss someone special
You don't see anymore?
Have you blood on your hands?
Do you dream of white sands?
Can you sleep well at night?
Have you done all you can?
The place I was born in
Stays crooked and straight
I see innocent blue eyes
Go blind everyday
Rewind your time
Would you change your life
Today?
miranda lambert's : "not over you"
it was written by blake mourning the death of his brother. it was too painful for him to sing so miranda lent a helping hand.

it is about a boy, single mom, and grandfather,

I doubt that there will ever be one.
Unfortunately, you cannot find profound things in entertainment. Well, maybe a little but it is not enough.
Breakaway by kelly clarkson. Fits my life because I am almost at that age where I have to take a risk and break away, not forgetting where I came from.
