Sonic Fan Characters Question

Escaping the Doll maker

Your Fc was walking next to a river near a old abandon village, when all of a sudden they are knocked out from behind.

When they wake up, they are tied to a big bed and can't seen to use their powers. They notice that they are drawn on with a red marker and...

For boys-
They are dressed up in a little sailor boy outfit.

For girls-
They are dressed up in a dress sewn with many patches on it.

They then look around the room, and it looks to be a child's room, at the end of the bed is a little girl sewing a doll.

The girl says- " Did you like your nap dolly... you looked bad so I changed you outfit" she turns and looks at them, her hands covered in what might be red marker, or blood, "Don't worry dolly, you'll feel better soon" she holds up her nettle, with red thread on it and smiles.
