It is a weapon that has literally cut its way through history everything from king aurthurs legendary sword excalibur to the Kusanagi-no-Tsurugi sword in japan.What was once an important and essencial tool in the battlefield is now considered a piece of artwork.And why do we respect this deadly and bloody weapon so much?simple,it repersents what it is like to fight honorbly not like now when you could piont a gun at somebody and kill them 30 ft away from you,thats the cowards way,but with a sword you must have the courage and the guts to face your opponet head on or in this case piont on.Now we can only imagine what it must of been like to live in an era where men(and women) fought honorably wielding this incredeble and betiful works of machienary and beauty.

i believe the show more character looks and more fun than guns because you just, aim,shoot, dead. but with a sword, you can have more fun like where you can inflict more pain and you can do so much with different swords. Sorta the same way with guns but i go with swords lol

all wepons can be good or bad depending on the person who uses it, like kenshin, in the movie rorouni kenshin a sword can be used to save lives if use by the right person, but on the otherhand it cam be use to pointlessly kill lots of people.

its necessary to own a weapon if you think about self defense at all, yet some countries may make it illegal to own weapons in truth it only restricts the ones who wouldn't kill with the weapons. the people who would want to kill obviously dont care about the law and its not hard to find some items sold illegally if you know where so putting restrictions on weapons is pointless.
