Background: Charlie is Caleb's younger brother, and is the last member of the Danvers Family. After Caleb gave up his powers to save Sarah, Charlie became the leader of the younger members of the Covenant.

When he turned 18, he was giving the ability to move things with his mind. The strange thing is, that usually when a member uses his or her powers they will become weaker. But he never did.

Now, he's in College and is having a great life until he get's an email from Caleb telling him to return to Ipswich.

When he came back, he has been having trouble with his powers. And he knows that the trouble was that someone from the Putnam Family has returned and has control of his powers. He doesn't know who but he knows he has to stop him or her from taking over Ipswich.
