Actually he is more than 400 years old because as I answered in one of the other questions, all the dragon slayers who were taught by dragons were transported forward in time to the future Natsu, Wendy, Sting, Rouge were born 400 years ago and were transported to the future, so basically they've been alive for a long time, and I think that means that Natsu would have been 407 years old or so
