there was a forum for nominations but the fanpoppies 2010 did not happen and i doubt they will unless someone wants to go through the trouble of starting something. i did the FGT last year but all people do is complain so i definitely wont be getting into this one.

After the nominating the creator of the forum makes the picks.Yes,that will be a lot of work.Make sure you tell the fans how long they can nominate and vote.
