It was an early morning a day after Percy was elected Praetor. It was going to be like usual: problems with Octavian, preparing for War, and waiting for the Greeks to arrive. When I sat up, a most peculiar thing happened. There was a parcel on my bed.

Never, ever, did someone send something to me. Not even Hylla.

I looked at the parcel with distaste. It must be a trick from an enemy, or possibly Octavian. I didn't have time for this nonsense; so I pushed the parcel away.

The parcel flipped over and landed on its backside. There was a note written with black ink:

Hello, Reyna
As you know, we are in charge of the Amazon book company. I have found a book that may interest you. Please take the time to read it with Camp Jupiter. I believe you will feel much better after finishing it. I miss you a lot.

I stared at the note for a long, long time. Should I trust it? I looked closely at the handwriting, and after about five minutes of examination I decided to open the parcel.

It contained a book, like Hylla said. The most curious thing is that it was named The Lost Hero.

I turned to the first page of the book. It said,

EVEN BEFORE HE GOT ELETROCUTED, Jason was having a rotten day.

It was definitely Jason. It was definitely his attitude, as well. I ran out, grabbing the book tightly in my hands. Percy noticed my behavior, and he came up to me.

"Something happened?" he asked, and I nodded and shoved the book to him.

He looked several pages, and his eyes widened. 

"Annabeth. This must be what happened over at Camp Half Blood while I was gone. We better read it."

"Call a meeting. The Camp needs to hear this." I said and wanted to continue, but a rough voice behind me interrupted.

"Ah, I see you gotta hold of the book. Exactly like I wanted. Imma read it with you." 

I turned around, it was Mars. I bowed immediately, and Percy followed my example but didn't look happy about it.

"Lord Mars...what another honor." I said, still bowing.

"Just get up, the two of you. We better start reading it." he said, grabbing the book from Percy's hands and looking at it. "The Lost Hero, aye? Sounds like someone you know. Well, we better get going if you want to know what happens in here." he tapped the cover of the book, and started walking towards the cabins. "It'll be an early morning for them." he added, and chuckled. Me and Percy followed behind him; but Percy glared at him like, Can you even read?

Maybe I would find some answers in that book. Maybe, I added at second thought, I would know what Jason was doing over there.

I dont think its abandon because kgirl hasnt posted on her other forums for a few days so shes probably busy right now
