Its not a story. They r just asking if Octavian is Luke reborn or if Octavian is just another person in the books. And to give my answer to the question I dont think Octavian is Luke reborn because I think Octavian was already born before Luke died. I say this because I think that Octavianis 15,16 17,or 18. And the titan war was only a year ago-in the books- (or maybe more not sure) and I think Octavian was either in the war or alive when it was going on. I hope that helps.
