Percy
When I woke up I was under water. The strange thing was that I could breathe. I came out of the water and was completely dry. But where was I? And who was I? How can I not remember anything? When I was about to do a step a boy came from nowhere and stuck a knife in my throat.
,,Who are you? Are you a spy?” the boy asked.
From the bushes came a girl. She had curly brown hair and dark brown eyes.
,, Bobby do you need to fight with every newcomer?” the girl asked.
,,Don’t you think it strange that this guy appears from nowhere exactly when Jason disappeared?”
,,There may be an explanation.”
,,Well you heard Hazel. Start talking.” Bobby said, and dug the knife deeper in my throat.
,,Maybe if you remove the knife from his throat it will be easier for him to talk?” Hazel proposed.
,,So he can attack you?”
,,I can protect myself. Go and tell the Lupa.”
,,I will not leave you.”
,,Go!” Hazel commanded.
,,Okay.” Bobby muttered something I did not understand but I think it was in Latin and left.
,,Sorry. He usually doesn’t behave like that. By the way I'm Hazel. You are?”
I tried to think but it was very difficult.
,,It was the name of a famous Greek hero but I don’t remember.”
,,How can you not remember your name. Do you remember anything?”
,,Almost nothing.”
,,This is not good. So a Greek hero.” She thought for a moment.
,,Theseus?” Hazel suggested
,, No.”
,,Jason?” she barely said the name.
,,No?”
,,Perseus?”
,,Perseus? Perseus? Yes this is. That is my name but I think I prefer to be called Percy.”
,,Well Percy how did you come here?”
,,I don’t know. I woke up. I was in the water and then hit the shore.”
,,But you're dry so how were you in the water?”
,,I don’t know?”
,,Okay. Let’s continue. Come with me.”
Hazel went and I followed.
,,First” she started to explain ,, It's training camps for the demigods. Demigods are ...”
,,Half-human half-gods.” I consumed
,,Well don’t know where you know that. So we don’t know who is your god parent so you will stay in the Mercury cabin.”
,,Hermes.” I corrected her.
,,Not it’s Mercury. Look when the Romans defeated the Greeks the Greek gods died with them. But the Roman gods are alive.” Hazel explained.
It didn’t seem right. She kept explaining about the camp and showed me the cabins. All were different but that whit the color of the ocean and sticked with seashells was the one that most attracted me. I went to it.
,,I wouldn’t go there if I were you.” Hazel stopped me.
,,Why?”
,,Because these three cabins are for Jupiter, Neptune and Pluto. They have no children. Except for Jason of course. They are only built to honor them.”
I was just about to ask her who is Jason when two girls came to us. One had long straight brown hair and blue eyes. And the other one had long, curly blond hair and gray eyes. As soon as I looked at her and I thought of another girl who looked like her. Annabeth. Her name was Annabeth.
,, Percy this is Gwen daughter of Mars.” She pointed at the girl with brown hair and blue eyes.
,,And this is Reyna daughter of ...”
,,Athena.” I consumed
,,No it’s Minerva but I guess that the Greek version is Athena.” Reyna corrected me.
,,And who is your god parent?” I asked Hazel.
,,Apollo.”
,,And yours?” Gwen asked.
,,He is indefinite.” Hazel replied.
,,So you have to see Lupa. I saw Bobby coming out of the house.” Gwen said
,,Yes I sent him there.” Hazel said.
,,Once AGAIN he got in a fight with Cyrus.” Reyna said.
,,Who is Cyrus?” I asked.
,,Oh she’s a daughter of Trivia.” Hazel answered me.
,,See you in training.” Gwen said
And we headed for the house again.
