uhm...well, idk what you are asking, but Gale was 18, that means when the 74th HG reaping was done, that was it. he was safe for the rest of his life bcuz he was 18. So, but if Gale would have been the male tribute, he prob had a puuurrrtty good chance because of how tough he is. And good looking which wins over sponcers!!!

Yeahh, he can't be put into the reaping again...
