I reaD the book than watched the movie and I gotta say I loved the book I couldn't put it down then when I saw the movie I was really really disapointed I mean they changed the whole concept of y they go to the underworld and in the movie grover stays in the underworld and in the percys mom stays so that also dissapointed me now I'm reading the 2nd book and hopeing that they atleast keep the concept the same for the second movie I mean goshness directers ruin good storys lol I sounded smart throughout this whole thing lol good books

I read the book before i went and saw the movie and the movie SUCKED! The movie was about them searching for something and thats not the way that it was in the book. In the book they were heading to LA so they could go to the Underworld and confront Hades about the Bolt. It was just a horrible movie, and i dont recommend seeing it if you have read the books save your money.
