The Merlin cast Question

Has anyone ever sent fanmail and/or autograph requests to any of the cast members AND gotten a response? if you have, could you please tell me how you went about doing that? :)

I'm in America, so I understand that IRCs will be involved, and if you live in the UK and you sent them something then your info probably wont help me... no offense... :)

Can I get an autograph, poster or picture of any cast or crew?

Unfortunately we are currently unable to deal with these requests.
