Rose was very frustrated. Her latest homework from DADA class was to write an essay on how her relatives were evil. But the thing was, Rose didn't want to say that they were evil. She didn't even know anything that they did that even was evil. It was completely unfair.
"Well, they did go against the Ministry's beliefs, along with the Minister himself!" As much as Rose hated to admit it, she went to Umbridge to get an essay idea. "You could write about that. Now, off you go!" She shoved Rose out of the classroom and slammed the door. Rose decided that Umbridge's advice would come as a last resort. Rose went to Albus. "Are you mad? You went to Umbridge for help?!" Rose had told Albus that, and apparently he thought it was a disgusting, vile idea. "Al, it's not like I'm gonna join Umbridge in battle or something, I just went for help." Rose was getting frustrated now. She felt that Albus didnt trust her. "I guess I'm off to the Common Room." Albus said in a dull, flat tone. "Fine." Rose replied coldly.
A hour later, Rose was in her dormitory talking with Aimee and Lizzie. "It's like he thinks I'm going to ask her to adopt me or something. I just went for help!" Rose was telling her friends about her conversation with Albus. "Well, you have to see it from Albus's point of view, Rose. I mean, she did hurt his dad." As usual, Lizzie was the one who saw everything logically. After Lizzie's idea of Rose's situation, Rose went to sleep.
Albus and Rose sat next to each other in DADA class, not even acknowledging the other person's presence. It wasn't until the time that the essays had to be collected did class get interesting. "Mr.Potter, where is your essay?" Albus hid a smirk. "I didn't do it." Albus replied firmly. "Mr.Potter, I hope you accept the consequences of your actions. You will have one month of detention, from 10:00 to 11:00 every Saturday morning." Albus looked sideways quickly at Rose. "Fine." He replied coldly.
-Next Saturday-
Rose waited for Albus in the Common Room. She wanted to apologize, for going to Umbridge. Rose looked at the clock. 10:59. "One more minute..." Rose mumbled. Finally, Albus walked into the Common Room. "Albus!" Rose jumped up and pulled Albus into a hug. "I'm so, so sorry!" "It's okay, Rosie. I guess you didn't know what to do." Rose pulled away and saw Albus had something written on his hand. It read: "I must listen to Delores Jane Umbridge." "That witch!" Rose exclaimed. Rose could hear Albus talking, but wasn't paying any attention. She was going to make Umbridge pay.
