The Ranger's Apprentice Question

How many books are there?

At our town book store I've only seen books 1-6. Are there more? Please help, I've only been reading the "Ranger's Apprentice" about a month (but me and my dad really love it. We've read 1-5.)

That's the one I need lol. Since this qusion I've read books 7-8. I can wait for Halts Peril!
