i think he is and heres what i think happend i think he knew he had the fire power but he did not tell hazle becaase she would think he was a freak , after hazle left he joind the war and died right after and got sent to the underworld and then gaea brought him back but he got away and fled to texases and kept running from foster home to foster home but then harra got him and gave him a fake memory and made him think his name was leo so there is my theory and NOBODY is going to change my mind but anyway think of it this way and tell me what you think bye
