Well Joseph Morgan (Klaus) already confirmed that Klaus will be having a love interest and will try to woo her and win her over. Candice Accola (Caroline) also talked about it in an interview so Klaus will develop feelings for Caroline but the real issue is if she will develop feelings for him as well (I certainly hope so <3)
