According to recent reports, when "The Vampire Diaries" returns March 25th after a seemingly long hiatus, we'll meet a brand new set of characters who have joined the show. Melinda Clark from Fox's previous hit series "The O.C." will come on as Matt's MIA mother, Kelly. Susan Walters will play Tyler's mother who will be known as Mrs. Lockwood

i think it will be cool to see melinda clark in something other than o.c where she play a rich snob. but i don't think she should hook up with damon which i think is suppost to happen but whatver that want is going to happen.
