Wanna Become Co-Owner?

Hello everyone, I thought I should give a job for my Icon Contest to one of the fellows. The job is of Co-Owner. Duties are-
If I am absent, co-owner have to give props (prize) to the winner.
If I am absent co-owner have to make poll (Only when I am absent)
If I am absent, co-owner have to open nominations.
Fees:-
15 props after every contest.
Nominations are open for today and tomorrow only.
