Tiffany Girls Generation Do u think this is true??

A few days ago, i saw a sone said he/she met Tiffany and asked may he take a picture with Fany.
But he/she said Fany refused, and when he/she asked for her signature, Fany refused too and said she is busy !
I don't know whether i can believe his words or not, because what i knew is those who knew Fany said she is a very good mannered girl, so i asked for ur opinion ...

i know that sm entertainment didn`t allow them 2 take pic ,about signature maybe she was really busy
but i don`t think she did that!!

I'm not actually sure, but I don't think they were allowed to take pictures or give signatures. But I'm not sure...

I'm not sure. But, I think Tiffany is not like that. If it is true, must be something wrong, maybe the way he/she (SONE) asking for pic/signature kind of rude or he/she asked at wrong time & place.
