He's smart, clever and always wins against Tom. Although sometimes Tom has won instead of Jerry

(In the later episodes Jerry is kind but people got different tastes)

I wouldn't call him stupid, especially as he's often coming up with creative and outrageous plans, but at the same time he does fall for a lot of Tom's tricks too.

I think he's actually very smart, who just happens to be on the gullible side as well!

In a way, I think Tom's like that too. He's quite clever and creative with his traps, but just as easily falls for Jerry's tricks.

Jerry can also disturb Tom while he ain't doing anything

I don't find him to be stupid,he comes up with his own plans,tricks,traps, and so on,but he does tend to fall for Tom's tricks at times,so I find him to be smart while with that he can also be on the gullible side sometimes,same could go for Tom as well.

Considering he almost always wins, I'd say he's quite intelligent.
