Izzy's pregnant cause she had a fling with [insert male camper here] and now they both regret it. (and Izzy could want to let the child be raised in the woods!)

Or this one:

Bridgette's pregnant and Trent's the father because he wasn't dating Gwen. Now Gwen wants Trent back but later finds out about him and Bridgette (she knows Bridgette's pregnant but doesn't figure out it's Trent's until later). Geoff is all in denial and SO SURE that it's his baby. Trent says he has to think about picking Bridgette or Gwen, which makes Gwen mad. Then SHE has a one-night stand with.... CODY! and that breaks Trent's heart...
