According to the books he does but I dont know how the show will spin it. In the books Lorena (his maker) comes back and they have sex because she has a hold over him, so Sookie and Bill breakup. If you read the books you wont like Bill but if you watch only the show he is more likeable then in the books.

He also does something worse than cheat on her in the books. Eric's the hero of th books. Bill is lame and I hope they make him that way on the show.
They are chaning the order of things on the show. Bill's Maker doesn't come back till book three. This season is suppose to be based on book two. Oh well it make for better tv i guess. I am currently reading book three for the first time so I will see what happens.
