True Writers Question

I need help with my novel...please

so here's the deal ,this novel make me suffer for like tow years ,it's finish in my mind but I can't write it on the paper or on the computer or on anything cause everytime I want to write it ,I make it shorter and that burn it and if I wrote it in the way that it is it'll be very long and boring

so please If you helped me ,I'll really appreciate that

well thanx ,I really appreciate your helping ,I can't post it here cause I'm already working on a novel here ,so I'll try to send for you some of the main ideas from the story and I hope you could help me ,and by the way I wrote 4 chapters from the novel on writing fan club but I deleted them cause I burned it again ,so I hope it'll work this time ,I'll send it to you soon ,and thanx for the answer

Now edit and revise, take a lot of parts out of your story, and what I found out, is that you can start a whole new story after taking parts out, a whole new better story that turns out to be more exciting and epic.
