HELP!!!!

The genres I write, and the stories I write, always end up requiring lots of battle scenes. The problem is I suck at battle scenes and I can never get inspired!!!! Do you have any advice on how to write a good battle scene or just how to get inspired for certain types of scenes like that???

Battle scenes must encompass a wide span of ground, and thus, require several different perspectives. Choose characters from different areas of the battlefield, different ranks, and different sides, and write what they're doing. Once you go a little ways with one guy, switch to another.

If you need more help, message me and I'll send you an example.

Well, my problem isn't that. See what I've been writing is Young Justice fanfiction, which is basically superheroes fighting supervillains, I think my problem is that I get really descriptive and can't get the action to sound right..

Ah...Then listen carefully to my advice. When you write the scene, don't think about it, just go. Just roll with whatever thoughts come to your mind. Perhaps if I saw a sample, I might be able to provide something more concrete, if you need it

First off you need a reason so the most common reasons to start a battle either religion or politic's or better text me :) I love battles so much that I started playing strategy games since I was like 7:D.

You could try writing different genres. If you don't want to do that, you could try writing the battle scene as a script first, so you don't get too descriptive, and then converting it into story form. IDK if that works, it just came to me.
