i have crossed between and american english and australian accent, what whould you call that accent?

i dont know why its just the way i sound, people always ask me where im from, saying are you british? are you... etc

How about calling an American-Australian accent something like "Amerilian" or "Australican"?

(Another thing: Some Americans confuse AUSTRALIA with AUSTRIA. So you may need to explain that too, ie that you do not come from the place that brought the world 'Sound of Music' etc. Mention Australia's koalas or Great Barrier Reef; people from the USA HAVE heard of those and identify them with Australia).
