And the Kagamine mystery would be gone, because they would say if they were twins or lovers in the anime, and that would be horrible if they said what they really were, because many people think different things about the two.

Well then. I'm with Crypton on this one, I guess.
For those who don't know Crypton is the most popular Vocaloid company. They don't want an anime. If we do get one, it won't have any of their Vocaloids. :V

An official anime spin-off would ruin everyone's headcanon. Including me, which is the worst. Like Touhou for example. So...Vocaloid should always be Vocaloid. The manga Hatsune Mix is an exception.

No! That would ruin it for me. I think that the fact that they don't really have official personalities is what makes them fun to use in other things: you can characterize them yourself. But...if they made a manga or anime for it, than you would have to keep them in character, and, that would take a lot of fun out of things like fan fictions or even MMDs. So, overall, I really think that they should just be voice synthesizers as they already are. XD

We wouldn't be able to characterize them anymore, not to mention this would start SO many wars in the fandom about the new canon personalities, canon pairings, etcetera.

Like kittyluv said, you shouldn't characterize the Vocaloids and their relationships because all hell would break loose. The Hatsune mix series has something similar going on in this respect, so I try to stay away from it (though I have read it) When the Vocaloids are just programs, everything and nothing is canon and I love that. An Anime for Vocaloid would ruin that for me.
