1. you have to be on fanpop for at least 1 year
2. you have to have at least 2 medals
3. you need to have more then 100 fans
4. you have to be friends with
Dave (the owner of fanpop)
5. you have to be respected by other fanpoppers
6. you need to be honest with what you are a fan of
7. you need to have at least 3 caps
