I'm confused about the Wizards of Waverly Place movie. Did Alex win the competition or not? Someone plz explain that part to me! I'M SOO CONFUSED!

yes she won the compettion but didnt knew how to revse that speel as justin went there was no one to help n then her mother the wish stone with which she made the wish n evertin turned back as privious so her pwers also went.................
