I need help thinking of a name for the diner in my story.

It's an old, fairlt modernized diner. It was built back in the 20s, so it has that structure, but it's been painted and refurnished and such.

It's located in a fictional town, Birchmoss, Iowa.

The restaurant is very important in the story. It's the place everyone seems to find theirselves when feeling very troubled. It turns out that diner played a key role in the way the characters lives are today.

I kind of also need a name for the guy who currently ownes the diner.

(I have a thing going with color. The main character's name is Violet Greene, so if color can be incorperated in the diner's name, then that would be great)

Alright.. Well, the diner has been passed down through generations. The current owner is an older man of about 50, I guess. Throughout most of the story, he's just a bystander, watching everything play out. He knows more about everyone than they know about theirselves. Years ago, when one of the main character's mother was going through a hard time with her abusive boyfriend, the diner owner comforted her. He was about 20 years older than her, but he bacame the father of her first born. He always has the right thing to say, on the rare occasion someone comes to him for advice. One day, he comes out of nowhere and saves his only son from his mother's crazy, abusive ex boyfriend (who was said to be his father) .............. That's pretty much all I have right now.
