This is in the middle of the first page.

"People in the area of Emerson are dying left and right due to a powerful toxin that tapped into all water resources. This toxin is unknown. More than 1200 have died since yesterday morning. To all families and people who are watching this, do NOT drink the water. And if you have, go to the nearest hospital immediately. We're having the Hamilton area send in clean bottled water for everyone. We have scientists on the case trying to figure out how to stop the toxin from spreading." I turned the TV off.
