As a title, how about: "Who Said It Was Fiction?"

As a name: "Lara" or something "normal".

Hope this helps. Sounds like a great storyline!

The best title for me would be: "Fragments of an Author: In a Book"...yeah I know it's quite wordy and long, but I think it's good...

For the names, Kara, Linny, Megan, Kallen and Euphemia would be good. Just pick...

You should try names like Nora or Lilly. Nora means light in a Jewish language and Lilly means peaceful and calm in my words.

If you need help with boy names I am better but if you don't need boy names, it's ok.

There are also other girl names that mean good stuff like Kate and Marry. I hope this helps alot.

But your idea has been used a lot and the best title would be: Stuck in a book!

How about for the title: Lost in Wonderland, Lost in Fiction, Next Chapter Please...

And for the name, something unusual might be good, with a hidden meaning perhaps. Maybe an everday word that you wouldn't expect to be a name, like Lyric? Kioko means meets world with happiness. Then some names off the top of my head are Maria, Farryl, Haley, Miranda...

Hope I helped! :)
