I was thinking about opening a contest here so I wanted some input from a few people.

So the contest would be to see who could write the best ORIGINAL song lyrics or poetry. I'm leaving on Saturday for a week at the beach so I don't know when it would start. Basically I would make a spot for it and you would post your entry as an article there. That's where I need advice - would it be better for me to post an articles with all qualifying entries and then do a pick and let users vote or 'hire' 2 volunteer judges, and those two people and myself would decide the best? Also, how many of you would be interested in entering? The prize would be a prop for every one who participates, and 1st through 4th place would receive an add from me if I'm not already your fan. 3rd place and up would receive a virtual personalized trophie. What do you think?
