Note: These are some ordinary (or at least not weird) Slovenian names. They won't work for a member of ethnic minority. Also, some parents like to give their children foiregn names.

I come from Poland. As to some common names, you could use:

Female: Natalia, Monika, Justyna, Aleksandra, Maria, Magda (or Magdalena), Sara, Julia, Ewa, Paulina, Anna (shortened Ania usually)... as to ones that I myself find pretty, you could use Lidia, Emilia, Kamila, Łucja or Irena. If you want your character to have a rather old-fashioned name you could take Teresa, Anastazja or Antonina.

Male: Grzegorz, Jan, Bartosz (Bartek), Łukasz, Mateusz or Sebastian. Juliusz, Julian, and Ireneusz are really cool too, but they are rather rare. If you want a rather old-fashioned name you could use Euzebiusz, Eugeniusz, Stanisław, Władysław, Marian or Kazimierz.

I'd be very pleased to help you, I love names!
