Writing Question

Are you/have you ever been in love with a fictional character?

I am, and it's a bit odd as well as "imaginative" at the same time. Please tell me that I'm not the only one who's ever experienced something like this lol :) The character I'm "in love with," who is from a book series that I admire (NOT Harry Potter..), is so perfect and so compatible with myself that I find it hard NOT to really really really really really really really like him. Maybe I'm just crazy? Or perhaps I need to get out of my house more often? heehee :) Any of you all ever loved a character from a book? (or movie/tv..it's all based on writing, anyways!)

I love Achilles, too! But I have to say, I love Hector WAY more. In the Iliad, Achilles represents individualism, whereas Hector represents community and family. I like a family guy more than a snob who's only obsessed with gaining honor for himself. But hey, at least Achilles is still an amazing warrior! ^_^
