Help with names!!

okay someone might call this cheating :) (I don't) anyway you should try the world of warcraft name generator :D here's the link : link

its a great help especially if its for a fantasy novel, it can be quite hard to make up names for that :D you choose a race (choose a race the character reminds u of. like the king, I would try orc) and then u choose male of female. and then u click on the button that says Generate Names

Easy peasy :D

For the King...I would chose the name Mukesh.
King Mukesh, or King Jezebel.

For the soldier, I think the name Teivel fits.

For the paternal soldier, I like the name...Usha because it sounds like the name an old guardian or grandfather would have in a fantasy land.

For the enchantress, I love the name Elizabeth but if you want something not as original, I'd go for Nyasia for Azaria.

For the seemingly evil but innocent soldier, I immediately think of the name Damien :)

A unicorn...well, if female perhaps a name that sounds spiritual like Serenity, and if a male I would chose Lyric.

A dove...if a girl, Laci or Naima and if a boy, Reuben.


I'm sorry if these sound a bit weird. I was never a professional with the genre Fantasy, and I admit I looked some of these names up except for Damien and Elizabeth/Nyasia/Azaria (I would say Naima would go with this character too).

Hmm.. i like the names suggested above, but what would be really interesting if you went to a site where you could find the latin meanings of words so you could incorporate that into your names.

1. the king- King Jacques
2. the evil soldier- Dominick
6. the unicorn- Coronette
7. the dove Lillian
