What do you do when you have writers block and you haven even started the story but you know what you want to write about? Please answer I need help!

1. Choose a song that reminds you of what you want to write about.

2. Listen to it repetitively.

3. Plan the story on paper. Decide on the ending first, then go back and plot how it gets there.

Write down small notes about what I've come up with and then write when I'm not blocked

Here is what I do. Make a storyboard, or a basic plan of the story before you write it. Plan out the first few chapters before you write them so you feel more confident about them.

Everything everyone put down here is great advice. But mine is different. Put the story down, set it aside for a while. a half hour, and hour, a day, a week...however long is up to you. But when you go back to it (or before), decide how you want it to end and work backwards. :)
