does anyone have any ideas for a last name?

I'm writing a science fiction/action adventure story and i need help coming up with a last name for a character that dies heroically early in the story but he is a key character in the story. His name is Sam; hes a mutant; he has a slim muscular body with dirty blond hair and he has white angelic wings hes protective and he was a marine in WWI till he went AWALLE right after his unit figured out his mutation and he married a young polish woman and she is pregnant with his child.
