--Saturday Morning--
Time to meet Cameron at the beach. By the time I finished getting dressed, it was 11:45. I heard my cell ring. I looked at the receiver. Cameron. I answered it. "Hey Cameron."
"Vanessa, I can't meet with you." He was whispering. Why?
"Why are you whispering?"
"Because I'm at Frosty's Fro-Yo with Mercury and she doesn't like me talking to you."
It felt good to be Cameron's secret.
"Could we meet tonight instead?"
"Sure."
"Bye."
I hung up without saying it back.
--Later That Day--
I met Francine and Zoey at the mall. We were sitting at a table in the food court eating soft pretzels, when Francine asked how I was feeling about the break-up.
"I was sad at the moment of discovery, but I haven't thought about much after that."
"So it's okay for us to talk about him?"
"No Francine."
"Well you're no fun." Francine smiled to show me she was kidding.
I smirked back.
"What time you got, V?"
"3:50."
"I've got to pick up Eli from school."
Eli, Francine's 12 year old brother. I've always liked him. He had this certain quality about him I've always admired, though I'm not sure what it is.
"See you guys at school." Francine threw her half eaten pretzel away and disappeared into the sea of unfamiliar faces.
--Even Later That Day--
It was 6:30. I was watching a rerun of The Nerdist with guest star Matt Smith, when I heard the honking of a car outside. I looked out the living room window and saw Cameron's car outside. I grabbed my sweater from my upstairs closet and ran outside to his car.
Half an hour later, we arrived at the beach. Cameron turned off the car. "I'm ready."
I took out a few pictures I brought with me out my pocket. "As am I." I told Cameron everything just like I had on the night of our anniversary, referring to the pictures when necessary. He seemed really intrigued, even more than the last time.
He took one last examination of the pictures before handing it back to me after I finished. "I guess you're not insane. I'm sorry for calling you a lunatic."
"It's cool."
"I should probably get you home?"
I looked out the window. Full moon. Great. "I think I'll stay for a while longer."
"You want me to wait for you?"
"It's best if you didn't."
He looked at me reassuringly.
I nodded.
He shrugged and I got out of his car. He then turned the ignition on, waved goodbye to me, and drove off.
As I walked onto the beach, my transformation was complete. It happened so fast, I blacked out.
-An Hour Later-
"Look Sisters, she's awakening."
I woke up to a bunch of pale skinned, seaweed green haired girls around me. "What happened? Where am I? Who are you?"
"You fainted, our Circle, and we're your Sisters", said one of the girls.
They all helped me to my feet. It took me a few seconds to realize we were in a forest. A fire was blazing, making everything within eyesight seem light orange. Something in the middle of the blaze caught my eye. It was a charred meat of some sort.
One of the girls saw my eyes glued to it. She walked up to the fire, reached into it and grabbed a piece of the meat, all without miraculously burning her hand. She gave the piece to me. "Eat."
"What is it?"
"Eat", she repeated.
I took it and placed it on my tongue. The familiar taste tingled my taste buds. Blueberry pancakes!.....................

All i know is that i am falling.
I try desperately to save myself, but it's just so dark and dreary...i'm not even completely aware of my body anymore. I just continue spiralling down into this dark oblivion..
Suddenly, there isa small glowing light only about four feet below me. I reach out. I cannot grasp it, though. If i wait long enough, though,i'll tumble right into it.
Only, i dont. Because, right when i am about to make contact i slip away. My eyes open and the only light is the one streaming through my window...

The words made my breath fall short in my throat, a small whimpering sound went up through my chest. I slowly rose my watch, exactly the time I was to be doomed. The part of the wall carrying the dread words burst open and rats started to crawl in, immediatly gnawing at my flesh, I tried to back away, but the part i had opened up suddenly closes and i was trapped in darkness, I was trapped, I was trapped with no hope off escape and a thousand beady eyes crawling all over my body, wrigglin down my chest and making their way towards my heart. I spun and rolled around as much as I could in the small space, but the rats were persistent, and my blood trickeld all around me, forming in a pool under me. After a while a finally gave up. For all I had done i was payed with my own dead, locked in a narrow passage with rats all around me, the last living things i would ever interact with. I began to sob softly and my final breath flew from my body, I was a limp, lifeless corpse.....
