Does anyone know where I can find a replica of the candle holder by the bookcase in Young Frankenstein?

Does anyone have any idea where to find one, or even where to find a 3D model of it that I can print? I'm installing a bookcase hidden door in my house and I want that candle and candle holder on the wall next to it. Thank you in advance for any help.
